Arla is a Partner Emeritus at B.A. Harris LLP, a local firm with deep roots in Boise, Idaho. Arla has a wealth of experience in both private and public accounting, and small business management. Her areas of advising and tax expertise include estates, trusts, nonprofits, partnerships, and real estate.

Arla is a member of the Boise Estate Planning Council and Go Lead Idaho, a nonprofit organization that motivates women to lead. Originally from Salt Lake City, she holds a B.S. from the University of Utah and later attended Boise State University for post graduate education.
