Jim Foudy

Jim Foudy is the Superintendent of the Blaine County School District in Hailey, Idaho. Jim’s leadership in Idaho schools spans over 26 years and also includes service as the Superintendent of the McCall-Donnelly School District (2015-2021) and time spent as an elementary school principal and school teacher. Employing Response to Intervention (RTI) models continues to be a focus area for Jim and he served on the State of Idaho Results Based Model (RBM) task force in 2004 which was the foundation of RTI in Idaho. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Boise State University and graduate degrees from the University of Idaho. He is also a member of the American Association of School Administrators, the Idaho Association of School Administrators, and the Idaho Superintendent Network.
