Rebecca Hupp

Rebecca L. Hupp, Director, Boise Airport, joined the Lee Pesky Learning Center Board in 2020. In her role as Director of the Boise Airport, she is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation and long-term planning and development of the airport.

Rebecca was previously the Airport Director of Bangor International Airport located in Bangor, ME for more than a decade. Prior to that, Ms. Hupp was the Airport Manager of the Aberdeen Regional Airport in Aberdeen, SD. Rebecca began her career with the Kansas City Aviation Department where she served in several key positions including operations, marketing and business development.

In addition to her duties as Airport Director, Ms. Hupp has served on a variety of nonprofit boards and industry trade group organizations. She currently serves on the Boise Chamber’s Travel Industry Advisory Board, the Board of the Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Idaho Freight Advisory Committee, and the Idaho Lung Association. Rebecca is an accredited member of the American Association of Airport Executives and was appointed to the Board for the Northeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), serving as the President for this organization for 2011-2012.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University.
