Robert Sanchez

Robert Sanchez is the Vice President of Idaho Business for Education (IBE). In his role as Vice President, Robert works closely with local public-school administrators and business leaders throughout Idaho in advancing IBE’s School House strategy promoting early childhood literacy, student achievement, and college/career readiness.

Robert holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University, an MBA in Management and Marketing from Northwest Nazarene University, and a MA in Strategic Studies from the Command and General Staff College of the U.S. Army at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Robert is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 24 years of active-duty service. During his military career, he served in a variety of leadership and command assignments within airborne, ranger, and special operations units. He is a combat veteran with tours of duty in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

A native of Idaho, Robert, and his wife Lori enjoy spending time outdoors with their children, hiking, camping, and exploring nature.
