What Works in Reading Instruction: Tips for Paraprofessionals, Grades K-6

This one-credit course is available through video conferencing or as an in-person class.

This class was designed for paraprofessionals who deliver reading instruction. The purpose of this course is to strengthen the paraprofessional’s knowledge of current reading instructional practice. Practical strategies for phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension will be shared, as well as management tips and techniques.
