As Professional Development Director, Courtney and LPLC’s talented team of trainers provide professional development for K-3 educators in evidence-based literacy and mathematics instruction to teachers across Idaho and beyond! In addition, Courtney is responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive model of professional development for early childhood educators, care providers, and parents.
