The Front Desk Coordinator at Lee Pesky Learning Center is responsible for performing front office activities to ensure both good client relations in a welcoming environment and a smoothly functioning office for all service units. This person has primary responsibility for customer services, conveying a first impression of the Center as a welcoming, friendly environment for clients, visitors, and staff; answering phones; interacting with clients and staff; scheduling appointments, and maintaining clinical and academic records
The ideal applicant holds an associate’s degree in office administration or related field and has two years of administrative assistance experience. All applicants must be detail-oriented, have knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation, and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicant must also have excellent oral/written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and good problem-solving capabilities.
