Lee Pesky Learning Center Offers Live Webinar: Understanding and Supporting Students with Dyslexia
Boise, ID –Lee Pesky Learning Center (LPLC) is excited to announce its Fall 2024 Professional Development Webinar on Understanding and Supporting Students with Dyslexia. This 2-day, 15-hour live training will provide educators with essential skills and knowledge to effectively support students with dyslexia, meeting the requirements of the Idaho Literacy Achievement and Accountability Act and teacher recertification.
The course is valued at $150 and is worth one university credit through Boise State University, Northwest Nazarene University, College of Southern Idaho, and Idaho State University (credit not included in the course cost). It offers a comprehensive look into dyslexia, grounded in the Science of Reading and current research, while focusing on practical tools for classroom application.
